At Rip City TCG, we strive to provide our customers with authentic English and Japanese trading cards and a secure, trustworthy marketplace. Due to the nature of our business, all sales are considered final. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds on any purchases. Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • Store Credit: In rare and exceptional circumstances, we may offer store credit at our sole discretion. Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you believe your situation warrants review.

Reporting Issues

If you receive an item that you believe is not as described or is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your case and determine the appropriate course of action, which may include store credit if warranted.
