Order Processing and Shipping Times

Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Weekend & Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped on the next available business day.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Options & Rates

US Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders during promotional periods. The typical qualifying amounts are orders over $49, $99, or $149. Please refer to current promotions for specific thresholds.

Alaska & Hawaii Standard Shipping: We do not offer free shipping to these two states due to their remoteness.

International Standard Shipping: We do not offer free shipping international. Rates vary depending on destination.

Expedited Shipping: Customers may choose and pay for expedited shipping options at checkout.

International Shipping

Tracking Your Order

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

Rip City TCG does not accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once they have been handed over to the courier.
